MS Weather issues?

I get this error in my XOOPS homepage for the MS Weather Module

"Weather
Could not write to cache file. Please check if directory has read and write rights !"

When I select the MS Weather link it seems to work fine?

Also, where can I find the weather codes for Houston, TX?

Hello puppy,
1 - Did you chmod 777 the cache dir?
2 - As mentioned in the readme file, go and see it on the yahoo weather site: http://weather.yahoo.com/.
If you failed finding it, here it is -> Houston, TX = USTX0617
