The XOOPS Headlines module makes my site disappear entirely. (I'm running XOOPS 2.0.5.)

I removed the Headlines module and the site came back. When I reinstalled the module my site disappeared again. This is very unfortunate as Iam really fond of this module and need it to work very much at my site.

BTW - The Headlines mod worked fine for 6 months at my site. It crapped out well after I upgraded to to XOOPS 2.0.4.

I sure wish the developer of this mod (or someone) would take a look at this problem.

install not creating tables

Hi,
I'm attempting to do a new install 2.0.6RC. I used phpMyAdmin to create my MySQL database and that went fine. Database created ok.

I then proceeded to do the installation and everything went fine there until I got to the part where it creates the individual MySQL tables. I get a blank screen at this point and no error messages. I can't proceed to complete the installation

Please help!

Themes not showing up in themes block

Hi,

I have 9 working themes installed on my site. Recently, however, I have dnloaded 4 themes from Petitoops and Nautis and none of these themes are being listed in my themes block. I chmoded 777 these themes' folders and files but this was no help.

Anybody have any suggestions about what I should do to get these themes to show up?

Don't know about the word censoring issue, but I am having the same problem with the bytes in downloads module not registering the bytes amount.

I am using XOOPS 2.05.

Hi,
I was curious about your "Volunteer" page. Looks like that's a module. If it is I'd like to find out where to get that module. I have looked in the usual places for such a module but haven't found it.
Is that a local hack?
