I would like to insert a Newbb Fileupload in my forum . I have found it in the module repository here :https://xoops.org/modules/repository/singlefile.php?cid=20&lid=1413
but i have not found the file in the download link . It call a japanese site that not contain any file.
Have someone the file upload or a different link ?

I have tried to install xoops-259 in localhost with easyPHP in window 7. I have no error in the creation of database and tables using the user root with all privileges in the database xoops. But during the installation of the datas of the administrator of the site in the initial setting i have the error :
Fatal Error Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded file: J:\EasyPHP-12.1\www\xoops-2.5.9\htdocs\class\database\mysqldatabase.php : 66

Using XOOPS 2.0.15 i have not a real error but a white screen. Edit and Delete categories is not possible.

I do not understand what is the system to allow user register directly a new account without send any confirmation email. I use IPB module but i would like to activate user directly.
With XOOPS 2.2.4 and IPB 214, in Preferences Main »» General Settings i have not any option about this problem and in Preferences Main »» Authentication Options i do not understand what is the system.

I have found the ver. 1.30 of WebLog that i have traslated in italian. It work good but it has some bugs. For example, to change the permission and allow the posts from simple user, i have changed manually the table xoops_xoops_weblog_priv in xoops_weblog_priv.
