I am studying the XOOPS core in order to understand better the architecture of XOOPS.
I have seen that you have used some tags like @license, @version, etc., that I suppose are used during the creation of documentation.
What program do you use for creating this documentation? Doxygen? or other programs?
I would like to create the documentation in local because I think it could help me. Do you have some hints?

are you using XOOPS 2.2?
I had the same problem that I reported here:

no idea why. In any case I suggest you to leave PHP Debug Enabled and GZIP Compression disabled for testing purposes on versions 2.2.x until a new release of XOOPS.

thank you for your help. I hope it is a bug of the actual release of XOOPS (2.2.3 RC) and that it will be fixed with the final version.
In any case I will try what you suggest. I will update first the version 2.0.13.1 with the 2.2 and then I will apply all the following patches.

Theme can be licenced under any licence, and in case of theme work is payed, not only services
