I got it back...thanks for the help. Prior to this happening, I was receiving "Internal Server Errors" for all of my sites...very strange.

Thank you again!!

Thank you very much for the reply! A couple of questions.

1. How many mainfile.php are there. I only found two.
2. Do I change the permissons on those files? They're set to 444 now.

So if I add a new user to the database for my XOOPS site then change the user and password in the mainfile.php, I may be able to connect again?

I think my host company had something to do with this

Thanks again

My site has been up for the last year then all of a sudden - Error: Unable to connect to database

My sql database is still on the host server but something may have happend to my user login info.

Is it possible to change the user login for the XOOPS database. I saw it listed in a couple of mainfile.php

Thanks for any help on this

Module for making online lists

I have a client that needs to create online listings of their seed catalog. The would need to have the ability to create a page then add their seed category and seed listings below. I could just add some content module and have them insert table rows but was wondering if anyone knew of something more automated than just a manual entry and format solution.

Thanks in advance...

PS. I've been gone for a while and love the new look and functionality.

Well, I installed the lastes version (2.0.18), then installed Tiny Content. I found copies of Tiny Editor and FCK Editor (packing with different editors such as KOVI, HTML, etc). I then spent all day (8 hours literally)trying to figure out how to integrate Tiny Editor as the editor for Tiny Content, which seems to use the SPAW editor. I really ripped through the XOOPS forum and found dozens of real old postings, many of which went to dead ends.

I'm looking for any application like Tiny Editor that will allow me to post static content similar to the site I'm working on at THIS SITE

I'm using Tiny Content, XT-Conteúdo, and Content ver 0.5 to create the static content. If I could get a better editor for either Tiny Content or Content ver 0.5, I'll be across the finish line.

A BIG thanks in advance for anyone with an idea and how to implement it...

Thanks again!!

I'm using XOOPS version 2.0.18

I'm trying to find out how to use the Inbetween Module as the default editor for the Tiny Content ver 1.5 as well as XT-Conteúdo Version 1.52

This is way above my head but think I can get through it with some pointers....

Thanks in advance

I'm using Tiny Content and XT-Conteúdo and have noticed that the WYSIWYG editor appears in Internet Explorer but not FireFox...

Can anyone help or explain to me if this is something that can be fixed..

Thanks very much in advance.

I've been searching the forum for an english, easy to understand version of how to use mod-rewrite and .htaccess files to rewrite my urls for my pages. These are static pages in that the content is changed but not the page itself (id number).

Thanks for any pointers
