already new on xoops design

Hi all!
i'm returned on xoops for update an old project.
(now i'm in joomla sorry).

from my last theme edit, i see that many things are changed.
there is a new guide for theme design?

for examples, I don't know what they mean many folders that were not there before (for example xotpl xoplugin)

two question about theme in xoops 2.4

hello, i'm developing a theme for my site.
I want to use jquery in my theme. so far I have used this code

I wonder if with the introduction of jQuery in XOOPS 2.4 Are there any other way to call jQuery.

another thing I want to know about the use of language in the theme. I created the folder with languages files but the constants in my theme are not translated ...

(insomma non vedo come accedere al nuovo imagemanager )
