Problem with xNewsletter

It's not working

In preferences I had it set to send 10 emails every 10 minutes. There are 50 members subscribed in the database

It sent out the first 10 emails and then seems to have stopped.

I tried to send again and I got "failed-> Could not instantiate mail function." for 90 emails?

I reset the preferences to "0" ( send all at once) and got the same error

Then I reset the preferences to "25" to send 25 emails at a time and again I got "failed-> Could not instantiate mail function." for 25 emails

Newsletter Statistics
There are 1 Accounts in the Database
There are 1 Categories in the Database
There are 50 Subscribers in the Database
There are 50 Categories-Subscribers in the Database
There are 1 Newsletter in the Database
There are 0 Attachment in the Database
There are 134 Protocol in the Database
There are 15 Task in the Database
There are 0 Bounce Mails in the Database

Dear,
this is the Xoops site, and is quite different from XOOPS Cube Legacy.
I would like the two projects to become one, but ...

-when logged out, of course, forum is visible and no errors in debug.
-I enter as admin and I can enter regularly the forum module .. no errors in debug
-If I turn "Forum for welcoming new user" from 0 to 1 , system regularly go back to the forum module administration page.
- then I go to Home Page ( no forum or sistem errors in debug ) and if I try to enter forum I have no probs ... ( but it is not first time for admin ).

on debug page I always have those messages, but I think are not related with this problem :

BUT , if I logout and re-login with a normal user account, when I try to reach the forum , I read :

Error : Error: Call to a member function getHandler() on null

Do you want I try a forum module re-installation?

OMG!! Thank you so much for answering me. I have been blowing my brains out on how to achieve it. I'm so relieved that you answered.

I saw this one "XOOPS Cube Legacy 2.2.3". Is this the Xoops version that you're asking? I think this version is very very old.

And for the modules:
* XCL Renderer
* XCL Legacy
* Theme changer
* none
* XCL Profile
* Protector
* Backpack
* XCL User
* Cube utils
* System Admin
* PM 2.1
* XCL Cache
* topics
* news
* campaign
* publicly
* about_database
* calendar
* myalbum-p
* pico
And I'm not sure about this list too. I hope those are the modules that you are looking for?

So what you're saying is that the list in the page(like news module) can't be combined with events module data then? But by using blocks, news modules and events data can be combined like in the homepage?
If that's what you're trying to say, then how can I remove the list in the news module page and replace it with a block instead?

I looked into it, but I can't reproduce it.

Does the error happens when you're in "Preferences", and are trying to change it? Or after you changed it and are trying to save it?

Or does it happen on the user side, when the user is trying to post a message?

Well, I hope to give a little help for italian translations too ...

I am very sorry that the Italian support group does not work anymore ... but as an "amateur", I hope to be able to give my small contribution to Xoops

OK, tried to reinstall and thumbs now are visible.

It seems something wrong happened during the upgrade from version 2.2 to 2.3
