Formating issue in X-Center

Hi all,
I have noticed a big concern in formatting text in X-Center module. When ever I paste text from MS word or any other software, all the text becomes flat. I have tried CK Editor and TinyMCE v3.3.7
The result is same and all the formatting is erased when we past text.
Is there a way, so that the original formatting might be remain same?

Well this is not a problem with X-Center or the editors it is your use of word as the clipboard source, word has a funny way of passing itself around the HTML in its clipboard is not really very compatible with anything.

What I normally do is copy it from word into notepad or edit++ then format it with the editors functions.
