i installed it, last time was some years ago :)

i remember that in the past:

1) can change status (now i can only open and close)
2) can make searches (and save them)
3) in module's home there was 4 areas: last ticket, ticket open, my ticket and another

elsewhere, now i access to xhelp and these features don't exist. am i dreamed?? :O

I belive XoopsDemos site is not working. i am not a user but there is no option to register either.

It says it is closed for maintenance.
In the past there were problems, because the site was hacked, probably by an older not so secure module or by leaving to much permissions on the demoed functions, which lead to abuse.
So, when it reopens, it is not certain the demo will still be there.
Install eg XAMPP for having an internet server on your local PC, so you can demo it to yourself.
