Spotlight News: limit to one topic?

I have lots of topics in my News Module but I only want one of them to display on the front page in the spotlight. How do I go about this?

Select the required topic in the selection box just before the cache selector and the submit button.

Are you talking about system admin>blocks>Spotlight News edit block?

There is no place to select topics above the cache options.

You have to set the topic display on by putting a 1 into the last textbox.

NB: It looks like you have not a very recent version of the module. Current is 1.62 .

I updated the Spotlight module and now I have a Spotlight Icon in the control panel that gives me additional settings. That seems to have sorted me out.

Okay still not working right. I have news from other categories showing up on my front page.

The auto news was set to 'on' before tonight but that shouldn't be pulling stuff from other categories right?
