I tried upgrading from XOOPS 2.0.13 to the newest but it keeps saying it cant right to the mainfile and some other directories. I checked permissions and it should be able to write to it.

I tried upgrading from newbb1 to newbb to but i lost all forums, post and cant create/edit forums, catogaries.

Some modules dont seem to work. Some of the modules say that it cant right to file, and on site it says i dont have permission to access it. Some modules, mess up the index everytime it is used.

Anyone here know what to do?? I did read the read mes

Please check the read before you post below and give us more information about your site setup You will also need to be much more specific about 'some modules' - which ones exactly and what specifically do they do?

I manage to find out what the main problem is. There is a database error in the forums part. I dont even have a backup of the forum database :( . What should i have in the files in the database in order for it to work??

My xcomics doesnt work, i get an error of error cant right to file(not file permissions). I checked the settings.php and it was empty.

My t-techtools doesnt work, it only displays the module index page. I checked the files and they were ok.

My Blocks Administration and blockies display blank pages. I cant even install antidos . It doesnt say error, there isnt any icon, and it doesnt seem to have any changes after installation.

Chess replaces the index page with what match is going on on a blank page. Cant even play it also. When i go to challenges, It displays a blank page with just the match going on. No options in admin that helps to solve it.

I called my host to ask to help change file permissions for upgrading xoops(cuz i cant do it when there is 1 MySQL database for 5 SITES), And suprising enough, they said they will, but they havent even touch their coms yet.

And my site is hosted on an apache server with Cent OS.
