OK I'll post here since no one is helping me in the NEWBIE part. Here is what im looking for.
I have news mod 1.44 and XOOPS 2.0.15
I want to be able to post any news with the topic and have it show up on the index page
i dont want the tittle with links
i have set the permissions for annon users to view everything
i have set the cache to 30 secs
i have classic for the news not topic

I have also been using postnuke for about 2 years now and im fairly familar with how mods work...cept XOOPS ...

I would like my page to look more like my postnuke page

If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it.
