Hi,

In xHelp, Manage statuses of tickets has only two type of status, Resolved and Unresolved.

I would like to have New and Accepted as new two status. Can any one tell me how to customize this.

Please consider this issue as Major.

Looking forward for a solution.

"Resolved" and "unresolved" are states, not statuses.

The default statuses are "open", "closed" and "pending". You can add, delete or change statuses. Each status has an associated state ("resolved" or "unresolved").
