Two admins adding data at the same time?

Is it possible for two users with adminstrator privlidges to add data to a module like, for example-mxdirectory without causing any conflicts or problems?
As most of you well know it can be tedious and time consuming adding or populating the Categories and Subcategories of such a type of module one at a time. Or is there another even easier way?

I have two admins monitoring the MX-Directory module without any problems. We both add, modify, and approve listings and there doesn't seem to be a problem.

"At the same time" kinda threw me off, but I'm guessing you don't mean the same data at the same time.

Did you use the MXDIR_cats.sql to import categories and subcategories? I used that as a guide and then added ones I needed and removed the ones I didn't.
