I know this is totally not xoops...but I just had a scary thought. My avatar was picked when I was learning XOOPS and i kept it as I mostly help other newbies...now it is real...scary...my eldest daughter just turned 16 and it is her behind the wheel and me in the passenger seat...

On the bright side since she attends the school I work in I can expect to be chauffered to work for 2 years!

Hey Mc Donald - I love that pick! - Not my car but it is that colour! Don't know what is more scary! (Funny thing about that car is to me it apears there is no-one driving - since here in oz we drive on the right side of the car not the left Ha ha)

She almost ran over a pedestrian last night....well..she went a bit too close to someone who didn't look where they were going, got a fright veered too far out of they way and almost into an on coming car - all inexperience...but she really does know now that she is in control of a 'lethal weapon'! She hadn't understood this till now. The memory of how she might have been responsible for running someone over was a good lesson she won't forget in a hurry. As we keep stating - it's not you on the road we worry about - it's the other silly buggers!

And Monty...it will be lovely to be chauffered...when she is more confident LOL!
