Hello,

we got a question from our excellent hosting company asking us if there were specifics on the backup of our database we wanted.

Saw in the FAQ's here some details aboput backing up a database using PHPmyADmin.

But we use mysql-Front, I guess. It's a little different.
Does anyone have or can direct me to the appropiate export settings so I can tell our server friends, (just to make sure they are doing it right) (i believe they just use the default settings now) ;)

For restoration needs, I would recommend the backup to include:

table schemas
complete inserts (includes fieldnames in the insert statement)
