User's Group not updating

Hi,
I've created a new user group, and put 3 users to there, but the user get the new permissions, but the dont get the group name in ther account info, why?

You have to also change there rank in there profile to do that you need to go to system admin>edit user then find the user you have placed in that group and click modify then go to there rank and change it to represent them in that new group make sure you click submit after these changes.

Yes i found ir, but in ranking i dont have the name of the group i've created, why?

Ranks and groups are not related in any way.

No? But they should be, because know how do i define permissions for a certain rank? i mean i have moderator and webmaster, how do i define permission for moderators?

You don't.

Ranks are a label and not in any way connected to permissions. You can, however, make a user group called "Moderators" and place the moderators in that group - and set each user's rank to "Moderator"

Ok, thanks by the great help as always (that's why i voted on you :P), but how can i create another rank? i will do like you said, it works fine, but i need another rank name...
and how do i change the number of stars in that new rank?

To change existing ranks or add a new rank: Control Panel >> System Admin >> User Ranks
