block permissions not right?

Ok I removed my banner from my themes on my site and instead have it in a block so that I can more easily place it and turn it on and off as I wish per user group. I have a premium membership group and I disabled the block yet it still shows up, does that make since? I can't think why it happens... hmm. Anyway jsut wodnering if anyone had a similar experience.

do u mean u disabled it for a particular group?

i not sure how u have premium membership arranged.. do u have normal members and then a premium members group? if so then even tho u disable it for the premium group, if those users are also in the other group then they will still see it.. to sort that u need to only have members in the 1 group..
