Holy crap! I don't know how I broke my site, but when I click on View Account in the User Menu, I'm getting a PHP error that reads:

Warning [PHP]: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/beerlov/public_html/mainfile.php:101) in file user.php line 59

I have no idea what is wrong. I looked in mainfile.php and user.php and I can't tell what is wrong. If I post the contents of the files, would some kind PHP guru take a minute to look it over? Please?

don't post the mainfile.php info here. Never do that.

Make sure that there is nothing after the closing ?> in mainfile.php. No empty lines, no carriage returns, nothing. Then save, reupload (make sure mainfile.php is writable on the server before you reupload), chmod to 444 and you're set to go.

Interesting ... this same error has just happened to my user.php also. Being a good lad, I searched the forums and found this post AND it solved the problem! Thanks Herko and Ackbarr (double post beerme oooh)

Now the real point is HOW did I get some extra lines of blank space after my closing tag??

I have recently edited my mainfile.php on the cpanel GUI. It was simply to add an include at the top. Nothing else was added. Yet when investigating the file because of this recent user.php file error I clearly saw 2 extra lines after the closing tag!

I have also noticed that my wordpress blog is now working correctly after a previous strange redirect page occuring after a new or edited post.

Mmmm, Curious about cpanel editor now

BTW, this has been FAQd
