does anyone know how to make a page searchable?

Hi

I have a page which is basically a big list of addresses. I want my users to be able to type ina search term such as 'London' and be able to see all the addresses with London in them highlighted in some way.

Is this at all possible.

Many thanks for any suggestions

I can suggest the XoOgle module. I downloaded it and installed it on my site (http://www.lost-doggies.com) and once you register to use it (free, with Google itself) you can set it to search your site using either the XOOPS search facility or Googles own technology. It can also be used to search the web using Googles own technology, but the results are shown in your own site and using your own theme. Its great. Give it a try. It should work in the context that you suggest.

Cheers

Ted
