enforcing the stylesheet

Hello

I would like to ensure that the stylesheet held within my themes folder is adhered to when my users insert new material to pages within the icontent module.

At the moment they can select styles such as Times New Roman for paragraph text etc. I want to make sure that they can't do stuff like that.

I thought you could force stylesheets to be adhered to with XOOPS - am I wrong?

you see in the code above you have a comment tag <!-- that hasn't ended before you open a <a href> tag

logging in question

I believe that by typing in user.php then a user can access the login box. I, for some bizarre reason at the time, deleted teh contents of the page that it took you to.

Can anybody copy and paste me the code for the page that you get when you want to logon.

I think it was domainname/user.php but I'm not sure.

whats happened to tinycontent

Hi

My site has been down for a month. It is back now however when I went to try and edit a page that was stored inteh tinycontent module - nothing happened when I clicked on the edit/delete option. I just got a blank screen. I went and clicked on update module in the system admin section of admin and the only thing available to me in the tinycontent module is 'preferences'
Whats going on?

PHP AND SQL


I am creating a page within XOOPS to search a database. I have figured out how to connect to the server and have made it search for things but I would like a tutorial.

I know you can use PHP with SQL but I am looking for a good tutorial for this. I can only seem to find online tutorials for using mySQL with PHP. Can anyone suggest any links for SQL with PHP not mySQL?

is it simple to make a page, stored within xoops, search a database??

FIrst of all - sorry for double posting this - but I accidentally posted in the wrong forum!! So sorry for that.


Will it be straightforward to make a page in php (don't actually know any php yet!) (putting a database on the server with a DSN connection?) that will ask questions of the databse and return results.
I would want the php page to sit within my XOOPS theme and template and the returned results to be wrapped in my XOOPS webpage.
Can anybody tell me if this will be as straightforward as if it wasn't being wrapped in a content management system. Any pointers to tutorials or any tips would be hugely appreciated.

x2t default background

I want to take away the default background of the theme x2t. I can't seem to find the right bit in the style sheet. I have found out how to make the background of a left block simply white. But the area underneath the left hand block which scrolls down to the bottom of the screen remains grey. Also the main window has a background that has a shadow on the edges - I just want the whole thing white. I have had a look at the body css and can't seem to find out how to override this - by simply putting background-colour: white doesn't work like I would expect it. Is there something else somewhere that I need to look at.
