G'day good people,

I was wondering if it is possible for 2 separate sites to share memberships. For example, a member from one site could log into another site using the same username and password but has only registered on the first site.......

I hope my question is clear, if not let me know and I will try again.

Thankyou in advance.
Booga.

Check this thread for conversation about sharing member databases, and talk of future inclusion of this feature.

I'd like to see it in action.

Well I tried the subsite module and nothing happens is there a newer module that will allow users to go from one XOOPS site to another?

I sure would love getting this to happen.

I've used it and it does work, all instances must be installed in the same MySQL DB, then install the module on the subsites and from the admin, choose the tables you wish to share, ie user table.

currently this module won't allow you to use other DB's
