I have some troubles with banners. I created block "Friends", in which my visitors can see banners of other websites. But i have problems eith banners, which aren't in *.GIF or *.JPEG format. When i write for example img src="url/directory/banner.swf", visitors see just white space in the block. When adding the same banner in GIF - everything OK.

You can not add a shockwave file (.swf) like you would a normal image. You will either have to embed the shockwave source or just use .gif or .jpg.
