You should have in themes that are based on Morphogenisis and are distributed with XOOPS, i.e. the Default and Zetagenesis, these files in:
/modules/thadmin/themes/default/xotpl/xometas.html
/themes/zetagenesis/xotpl/xometas.html

It seems like there is a dependency problem with Altsys. Just download the newest version and install it. You might need to copy the altysys file from XOOPS /extras directory to make it work in 2.3.x.
Make sure that the Protector is placed in the correct subdirectories, including the "XOOPS_TRUST_PATH", as indicated in the instructions.

Please install the 2.3.2b release. It fixes this issue.
The offending lines were in "xoops.css" file (located in your main directory) below the line:
/* FabClearing by Fcaldera www.html.it*/
That should fix this issue.
While you could remove only the lines itself, for security reasons, I would encourage you to install the 2.3.2b release.

One of the reasons I tried the UserPage was that it was by Instant Zero and I've been so pleased by the other modules that I got from them, they all seem to totally integrate with the new XOOPS 2.3.2 release.
