Hello,
I installed (fresh install) XOOPS 2.3.1 (and after 2.3.2) and I see problem with the block center and/or blockcontent... with Firefox. My firefox version is 3.0.

The blockcontent on the left column have the same problem. For understand, see the image below:

With internet explorer:

And with Firefox:

Well, I installed XOOPS 2.3.2 and it was the same thing. I followed all the instructions for install, when i installed XOOPS 2.3.0 last month, all it was perfect, firefox or not.

It's the same thing with default theme, BUT, on the left column, the blockcontent is ok. The theme you see on the screenshots above is Zetagenesis without any modifications.

So, how can i fix that ? Someone have an idea ?

Thanks a lot for those who help me.

Maybe somewhere, a width: 100%, that is missing. When the site is again open I will take a peek.

first question:
in zetagene/css/blocks.css line:48
add:

#xo-canvas-leftcolumn .xo-blockcontent {

display:block;

}

Cool, thanks a lot, I should have display:block in all blockcontent.

But, I don't why it did this with XOOPS 2.3.x. Maybe a bug with theme ? I don't know.

Well, thank you.

I have this problem with Firefox also - the tables fill their boxes in IE but not in Firefox after a 2.3.2 upgrade. From our homepage:

This seems to be the same with all blocks (as you can see).

It seems to me that a 100% is missing from somewhere - anyone have any solutions to this?

TIA,
Tim

Please install the 2.3.2b release. It fixes this issue.

The offending lines were in "xoops.css" file (located in your main directory) below the line:
/* FabClearing by Fcaldera http://www.html.it*/

That should fix this issue.

While you could remove only the lines itself, for security reasons, I would encourage you to install the 2.3.2b release.

In trying to upgrade from 232a to 232b, I am not offered the option:

Perhaps the htdocs option works.

It appears to be just mislabeled, and it did work (apparently).

Thanks,
Tim
