A system like eyeos could be interesting (http://eyeos.org/en/). Disadvantage is it is not part of xoops, but on the other hand, you can configure eyeos so users can register themselves. So you don't have to maintain the user logins yourself.

Is it realy wise to make a module like yogurt part of the core? My doubts are just because I find it a very promising module, with potential to develop features you do not want in your cms core. Other concern is I guess this could slow down future development of such an important module.

I don't find any embedded flash in your page code! I had some trouble myself until I found Jeroen Weijering's flashplayer. On his site things are explained very well too!

It's just like embedding flash video in a regular html site. I prefer making the news item in dreamweaver and copy/ paste the code in the news editor. When using the plain editor you can put in the html code directly. When using a wysiwyg editor you first have to choose html as the way for editing.

I like the way it is implemented in the news module. It gives you the choice to choose the date format you like. I'd like other modules to implement such an option too instead of handling it in the core. Then you have the flexibility of choosing different time formats on a module basis.

I edited the template with dreamweaver which added .style1 at the top. Can it be something goes wrong with that overruling other css?

I edited the top news template to change the size, color and font of the spotlight title (in classical view). In firefox all looks well but using internet explorer title and content melt together. The problem can be seen here. All help is appreciated!

A basic pack can be helpfull for people new to xoops. Creating too many packs is not good for module development I guess. I more like the idea of comparison charts and articles about similar modules. With information about the difference in features and compatibility info. Using that information people themselves can choose the modules best fitting their situation/ site.

I ran into the same problem today, after upgrading the Framework using XOOPS version 2.2.x . Solution was I forgot to delete the xoops22 directory in the Frameworks dir. After deleting I could open a new topic again!
