Sendmail mail not working

Hi XOOPS Community

Hope someone can help.

I am running a XOOPS site on version 2.0.5. The site was running for a month without any problems. The mail functions from the XOOPS website is now "suddenly" not working. I made no changes to the site, so it could not be anything I did. My hosting company did do some DNS updates, but i don't think that could cause the mail not to work.

If I use the "contact us" module, (or any other mail function) it looks as if the mail was send, I get no error, but I never receive the email.
From the Unix command-line sendmail works 100%.

Running on Redhat9 and using sendmail.

Can anyone tell me how to trace and debug (mail specific) problems from Xoops?

Never meant to offend you! ! ! Still think it's a great mod, but I have no PHP skills. No way I can solve this myself. Guess I'll have to upgrade PHP ?

I also have register_globals ON, and it's also only this mod that's got the bug on my system.

Hi svaha

Can you PLEASE tell me where exactly to put this in the system_blocks.php file?

My language hack readme file has no mention of this.
Please mail me yours. I'll really appreciate.

Hi Xoop'ers

I installed the language hack for multilingual support.
Boy it works GOOOOD.

I have a problem though. The module names in the mainpage window I translated in the admin window on modules.
e.g. changed news to nuus.

Now how do I make that choose the modules name from the language file and not hardcode it?

Did you guys get piCal to show the fields (english)to show correctly? Seems there's something wrong with the language file, or am I being Stupid? Looks like a very nice module.

Running WinXP with Apache webserver, but planning to migrate to Linux within the next week.
All mailing in my system works 100% - XOOPS setup to use SMTP. Seems there must be some problem with my PHP mail() funtion and therefore the Evennews module function to send a message to the list is not working.
