I registered an account on our website and want to post my themes into "Theme Library" section for advertising. When I click on link of "Add the latest version of your own theme to the Library", the page said that: "You are not allowed to submit files".
My question is: How do I post a theme into "Theme Library" section?
Please answer.

Once logged into xoops.org click on NEWS link then submit, not open the selector box and click 'Themes'
