If your user menu is missing and you cant login, this is what to do.

1- In your browser enter your site's home page URL, then user.php immediately after this. ie, http://yoursite.com/user.php This should load your login page where you can now enter your login details.

2- Now enter the address http://yoursite.com/admin.php You should now be in admin.

3- if you cant see the admin icon read FAQ here https://xoops.org/modules/smartfaq/faq.php?faqid=276

4- If you can see the admin icon, hover over it and click groups.

5- select webmasters group and click modify.

6- find your main menu and user menu and make sure they are visible by checking the box agianst them.

7- Click GO at the page bottom.

8- Repeat this for all your groups as required.

9- No go to your system admin icon that should be visible and click blocks and make sure that main menu and user menu is checked and visible in the radio button.

This should clear the fault.
