I really liked a file and I would like to send it to a friend. How can I do that?
Really simple: just click on the Tell a Friend link at the bottom of a download: 
Tell a Friend Your mail application will then open with a new message that has Here is a good file to download at Example Site as the subject and the link to visit the download in the body of the message.
