This module is a form generator.
You can do forms (forms stored in database, the answers too )

You have a bloc with the differents avaible forms, you can arrange the order or/and personnals links. Choose the style and many other thinks.

In the admin you can choose to send the filled form to :
- an email,
- a xoops group
- the admin
- other mail (not necessary a xoops user)

The availables languages are french and english

This version is compatible with php 4.4
