"Time" Just wondering about the difference between time spent and response time. As I was doing a little R&D with xhelp I was documenting time spent, but it doesn't seem to update any place. I might have missed it. Looks great! Thank you. |

"xHelp is a winner!" I have installed this to our corporate Intranet. It has been an integral part of transitioning from ASP to XOOPS PHP Portal System. Extremely User Friendly. Great Module! A Must have. |

"Xhelp well on its way" With Xhelp beeing available soon in 9 !! languages its needless to say that it already is a winner module. With a first public release (in english only at this time)just roughly 3 months ago that is a stunning steep development speed the project is running at. I am lucky enough to have discovered it quite early (with the first public version 0.5). I hope that many more people will contribute valuable ideas to the Xhelp module that defintely deserves it. I would give it 12 Stars from 10 if I could Nice job and extremely well behaved contributors Looking forward to see how far we are going in 2005. "fantastic." nice one. xHelp will be really usefull. Installed without a glitch. Simple to use. Easy for registered users to log a ticket. The user can only see their tickets and not other peoples. PERFECT !!! I did spot that it doesnt integrate with the xoops search block. This could be an installation tweak that I havent found yet. If its a "bug" then I will try and fix and post back.
