It's been a time I made something, but I can't sit still so I ported a module to xoops called Shoutbox. This modules was original designed for ##### but because I don't use ##### (deuh) I ported it to xoops. It could be that there are still bugs in it because a porting almost never ends without problems...

-I made it a 100% theme.. well almost 99% ;)
-Added boxes around the menus, centerpost, and news
-Simplified and removed some of the redundant HTML
-Edited and customized the images, made for faster loading
-And some other small changes

Skin is ready, I testing on Linux with Mozilla and Konqueror; on Windows with IE and Opera; and Mac with IE. I not found problem.
