Over at PHP-Editors it's yor chance to win big on the latest PHP Programming Contests. This month in the beginners category a 'cool game' has to be programmed and, for the more experienced programmers, you have to solve a mixed-up Rubik's cube (he, he).
Just released another beta update for Wf-Sections (hopefully the last before a final release). Fixed more or less all the bugs that where reported and some that I found myself. Still some issues that need sorted before a proper release.
Note: WF-Section will only work with RC3+
Again let me know of any bugs found and report them to WF-Sections website. Many thanks to all those people who have helped me over the last few weeks.
The XOOPS team is pleased to announce that the final version of XOOPS2 has been released.
This package fixes numerous bugs found in the RC3 release. It also includes a modified version of the headlines module that will fix character encoding problems that were present in the previous version. Though it is not required, we recommend uninstalling the old headlines module and install the new headlines module included in this release.
Translators, please use this diff package which includes only the modified language files from XOOPS2 RC3, and send files to language@xoops.org
I just wanted to let XOOPS Gallery users know of a few fixes I added to XOOPS Gallery. The last announcement let everyone know that we now have a random image block. I updated [thread] that block to use SQL instead of traversing the album dirs so, it will be a little more accurate with what it retrieves. I also include a fix posted by ssananik [thread] that clears up the java edit issue. The DL link in XOOPS Downloads will fetch the updated file and I posted a DIFF file here if you want. Lastly, it seems as though XOOPS Gallery and Gallery itself does not operate with safe mode enabled.
