Netquery 3.1 - Minor Bugfix

Current download packages for Netquery 3.1 have been amended to include a minor bugfix.

An error was discovered in the original download packages that only shows up when logging is enabled. It occurs due to the fact that the Netquery logging process attempts to capture the "target" for all query types and the 3 remote types do not define the $target variable. Not all CMS versions will raise an exception on this error. Nevertheless, it has been corrected in all current downloads.

Release of XOOPS Multilanguages 2.0 Final

XOOPS Multilanguages 2.0 FinalThe SmartFactory is proud to release the new version of XOOPS Multilanguages ! XOOPS Multilanguages v2.0 introduces a new way to manage language tags. In previous versions of the hack, webmasters had to manually edit a file in order to configure the language tags. With v2.0, language tags management is done via a module called SmartLanguage. The webmaster can now easily create the tags associated to each language installed on its site. Moreover, it is now possible to configure a default language. Doing so, when some content is not defined in the language selected by the user, the content will be displayed in this default language.

XOOPS 2.0.10 Stable Released

The XOOPS Core Development Team brings you the next step in XOOPS Development.

XOOPS version 2.0.10 is a security-improving release that lessens the use of fopen with URLs and brings a completely new tool for securing modules against CSRF attacks: The XoopsSecurity class (explained in the further pages)

This release contains files for the core-included versions of News and Newbb (1.1 and 1, respectively). If you use Newbb 2 and/or News 1.2 or later, you should not upload the files in modules/news and modules/newbb as they will mess up these modules.

This will also be the last release with "Core Modules" as you know them. News, Newbb, Mylinks and the rest will be replaced with module packages targeting different types of websites. However, the term "Core Module" will not disappear totally, but shift definition from "Module included with the core package" to "Module managing the core". More information on this will be given along with the development of XOOPS 2.1.0

I think I did a pretty good job on this site using Xoops. Even if the site is 99% Turkish, for non-Turkish people it's still nice enough to spent a minute to see the colors and site layout. I want to thank everybody working and developing these wonderful modules for xoops enviroment.

Best Regards..

Long Island Turk
