hiweed-blue theme for xoops 2.x. The original version is in Chinese and released by hiweed.com. I translated it into English and made some small changes with the permission of hiweed.com. to see what it looks like, visithttp://thesongs.net/xoops and choose the hiweed-blue theme. you can also edit topmenu.js inside the package to suit your needs.
