Which downloads malware, this user should be banned and the person that published possibly with viral content, the person that published this should be removed from admin access.

Re: SECURITY ALERT!! Darkwave ThemeThe download link is good, you are just clicking on a wrong "download" while there, i.e. instead of the correct download link, you're clicking on the advertisement, which then get you to the virus site.
Just scroll down and click on the "Scarica ora!" link, and you can download the theme without problem.
Re: Darkwave ThemeIt 's a question of adjustment with the modules structure, if you try to navigate to the top menu, you will see how it changes the structure of the template based on the css of individual modules. If you want to adapt better to the main page with the content, change this css code in styles.css:
