Files are hosted on 3rd party mirrors like megaupload.com - which is unacceptible, since they're already hosted on SourceForge.NET you can simply link them.
For translations if u do any, u can host them too on SourceForge too or dev.xoops.org if still exists, but placing them on such mirrors, is more then "unofficial' and/or "uncertified".
Imagine if someone wanna make ML XOOPS based site and need translation for one or another module, have to visit such site as data.hu... full with advertises, in language which means nothing to 99% of the world.
