Themes: PK Theme

PK theme originally was made with just 2 columns but as the width is not fixed, the 3rd column can easily be added (a 3 columns version will be added later today). It was made taking in consideration the 2 existing XOOPS branches and it can be used for any XOOPS version without the need of editing the theme document.

Package contains and a read me file that I SUGGEST you read because there is a small modification required for the theme to work well
