Only (small) remark is that the colours of the text are a bit too pale for me. They might have a bit more power/juice.
Otherwise: really nice. I also like some other themes you made!!
Are you planning on making the themes to validate xhtml and css?

After messing with it for a couple hours I found there were a few issues non conforming.
1) The graphics load peculiarly when you refresh. The background pops up about 3/4 of the screen and then the process of loading everything looks strange. A better flow of loading would describe the issue.
2) I needed to have a iFrame wrapper to load several apps that are PHP standalone, not XOOPS modules. Retaining the header information is required. The problem is the left vertical column in green remained green down the page when the iframe loaded the app. I needed the entire page below the header. This caused the application to be inside scroll bars, which was necessary because the left column remained.
Theme building is definitely an artful process. I think yours' is a great looking theme. Don't be discouraged by my remarks you've got talent.
