i think you should re-think and analyze your price if you want to be succesfull.
example, when you charge for a theme, you should take in consideration many points that will make the final price. like theme structure,images,photo retouching,icons,flash headers,PSD files, fonts..etc..
for what i see on your themes, you just change a few colors and 1 or 2 image file and then put it together in a RAR or winzip file.
once again.. my opinion is to help you succeed,dont take it the other way...

Neither are up to date with current block positioning for Top Center Blocks and Bottom Center Blocks.

i did miss the unique part.. i agree, but $70 USD still too expensive to me,taking in consideration the quality, specially if the themes look similar to the free ones on repository.(except the south park one :) )
my suggestion will be, lower your price, and once you get better quality themes go back to USD 70
BTW dont hang me from the death tree for my suggestions :)
