EDIT: There is a problem. When I click the "View Profile" it goes to your sites user profile (im #1 on my site, so when I click View Profile for mines it goes to your profile on that site). Any fix for this?

Re: Xoops Groups Releasedof course, the whole user/groups handling is different in XOOPS 2.2.x. Porting this to XOOPS 2.2.x may require a lot more work then you think. I'd evaluate if it is worth the effort...

Re: Xoops Groups ReleasedTHIS MODULE IS FOR XOOPS 2.0.13+ ONLY like my site says in the downloads section it doesnt work with the 2.2+ series.
Ive looked at the SQL data of the newer xoops, the user \ profile tables are WAY diffrent then the production xoops.
I dont really see a point to do it anways as the 2.2+ series of XOOPS isnt recommended...
Re: Xoops Groups ReleasedI have a feeling that we may need to take a survey to show that a LOT more people are using 2.2 on their sites than people seem to realize. The package was out for months and months before someone decided to deem it not recommended.
I have over 50 sites using it including a XOOPS themes preview gallery which can't use some of the new XOOPS themes because they are for 2.0 only.
Someone posted that 2.2 isn't being abandoned. Maybe, maybe not. But it definitely seems that it's being abandoned by module and theme designers.
Re: Xoops Groups ReleasedI like your module alot and thank you for sharing it with us. It solves part of a need I was having. But I am having a little problem, everything displays ok so far and I made visible a group with more than 50 users and they all show up on the same page 
, is there a way to divide it in pages?
I would also would like for it to do 2 more things (just if it's possible in future versions):
- that the email and profile info be written in text inside each users section, to not be just button links, that would make it easier to read through each person's information without having to do extra clicks (or have the possibility of trying to print the page with the information)
- export the group user info into an excel file (this would be excellent )
PS, I like alot what you've done to xmmemberstats at your site, are there chances you publish your version?

Re: Xoops Groups ReleasedActually It was requested else where in the forums, and I decided to do it, but I just dont see the point deving against something not recommend, and possibly not being deved against anymore. Now if the SQL structure was the same, sure no problem, but the newer XOOPS is lacking alot of the same columns etc etc...

I tried testing it today, and for some reason after installing it on my server, the entire menu bar (on the left side) is gone (system, and the rest of the module administration buttons). I can still access them by clicking on them in the list in the main window of the modules page.
Also, I'm missing the admin/menu.php file in the download package, and the admin/index.php file has a test message that says that there's nothing in it, but will be more available as the module is developed....
Did I download the wrong file on your website? Please let me know your thoughts.

If you check 2 posts above this one, I was having serious problems when I installed. I had to reinstall Xoops(the backup wasn't working... it was telling me there is a virus) Maybe it was a virus from somewhere else, but I do not want to try reinstalling Groups on my newly reinstalled XOOPS without hearing some feedback first that the module works fine(I'm using 2.0.14 btw). Please let everyone know how your testing goes! Thanks

I just have index.php, but xoops_version.php mentions:

I do not have a menu.php file in the admin folder... I tried re-downloading, still not in there.

Re: Xoops Groups Releasedthe module has been working basically fine until now, just one thing I noticed so far is that it repeats users in a list and they appear double, it doesn't happen to every user, just randomly, certain users appear twice.
am using XOOPS 2.0.15. php 4.3, mySql 3.23
