I'm sorry I don't know about other alternatives like ML etc.
CBB for multilingual sites@svaha, the existing multilanguage handling modules/scripts, marcan's multilanguage or my xlanguage, are all hack-like and there will be no special treatment for them in CBB for speed concerns (although the impact might be not significant)
If you use marcan's multilanguage package, you need change some CBB files following newbb 2.01; I remember that newbb 2.02 also requires file change in order to use mulitlanguage package.
If you use xlanguage module, no change is required on each module.

Re: CBB 1.14One of the nice features of 2.2 is the ability to “clone” blocks easily. The News module’s “Recent News” block can be cloned and display only certain topics so a site can have 10 blocks with each showing the most recent news for each topic.
Any chance the CBB “Recent Posts” will be modified to allow which topics to display in the block? This will allow cloning and displaying in the same manner as the News does.

Unable to install CBB 1.14Hi,
I searched with 'install 1.14' or '_bb_forums doesnt exist', and got no simular post before.
I could install from xoops_mod_cbb_1_13.zip.
I couldn't install after applied xoops_mod_cbb_113_to_114.zip.
I couldn't install from the file 'cbb_1.14_tw.zip' also.
The same error as follows:
