News: Congratulations Stewdio!

Carnuke has congratulated JackJ for his new rank in the Xoops community and I congratulate JackJ too. I also want to give my congratulations to Stewdio for also becoming a Xoops Community Support Member. He too has helped alot of people in the Xoops community and both he and JackJ will now be helping me out with the newsletter (coming out May 1st!) and various other community related duties.
