gBook 1.10 Beta-1 available for testing (XOOPS 2.5.8, PHP 7)

Resized Image

The gBook module is being updated for XOOPS 2.5.8 and PHP 7

The updated version gBook 1.10 Beta-1 is available now for testing.

You can download/fork it from GitHub:

https://github.com/XoopsModules25x/gbook/

TUTORIAL

We are also looking for help with the Tutorial for gBook and for few other modules.

You can fork the gBook Tutorial in GitHub, and then use GitBook to modify it, or you can modify it manually, directly in GitHub, or on your local PC with your own editor.

The beauty of this approach is that once you learn how to use GitHub, you can use these skills for both source code and for Documentation

THis module is not working for me either. It goes to an error page from the front menu and also getting same error page in module admin when clicking on "Manage Entries"

THis is the error message: A problem has occurred on our server!

Page is currently unavailable

We are working on a fix
Please come back soon ...
Error : Handler does not exist
Module: gbook-master
Name: entries

Didn't notice that before. The module directory should be gbook not gbook-master.

That would explain not being able to find a handler.
