Xcenter 2.1.6 downoad not working?

I have tried the downloading link from XOOPs and sourceforge for Xcenter 2.16 content module of which both do not work. Can an someone please supply me with a working link to get this module.

This is an old module from Wishcraft. You can find it on his Sourceforge here.
