Which is the best Article module for xoops?

Hi all,
I am starting a new website, with lot of articles in the form of scanned images and in form of unicode text. I am confused which module would be the best for me to choose.
In my opinion Smart Section was a good choice, but it is discontinuous now. I tried "Publisher" module, but it don't have option to add "keywords" to articles and to add image title etc.
Is there any other module available to fit the requirements?

There is something wrong with your Publisher installation, because you should have keywords available. I just installed on my local installation and have the same problem, but I don't know what is causing it. On my remote installation it works just fine.

I sent email to Trabis, so hopefully he'll look into it.

But I wouldn't give up on Publisher yet.

Right now there are four main choices in my mind:

- Publisher
- AMS
- xNews
- MyWords

I hope, we'll be able to merge some of them together in the future, so we would have less of them, but awesome in what they do

Depending on how many articles you've got and how you would like to present there are 2 fine other article options.

Publisher has keywords and images and a lot more, you have to set up publisher correctly:

For using images in publisher you need to have at least one category on XOOPS System Images.

we need a one official module for manage all Articles and contents .
and xoops teams must support this module for all versions . like pm and profile module

If we want we can have this module End of January. I hope we want !!!

I think "Publisher" is the best choice now.

Both are quite usefull :)

news and xnews are useful just for text based contents, if you have images and other stuff, then Publisher is the best choice.

I am using AMS. its a good module for text base article. i am not sure how good it will be for image based articles.
