theme port

I need the following design:http://www.nemtechcs.com/merccom ported to work with xoops. I'm not xoops expert, and this is the first time I've ever used a cms system. So any and all help is appreciated!

dear raithedavion, welcome to xoops, this is not a free template, it's a design for a working website, and there is professional ethics and regulations adhered to by all designers to respect copyrights.

It actually looks like is just the template as all links are directed to # ..same goes for the main urlhttp://www.nemtechcs.com/ .

Is there any site where is available for download..was it made custom for you, was it purchased from a "template store" ?

In all cases above you shouldn't find any problem in finding a coder to port it :)

Or you could find a similar XOOPS theme and use it right away...

Maraine,

I own that site. So there isn't a problem with it.

aph3x,

I did purchase it via a store.

Mamba,

I don't want something similar, I want the design I paid for to work with xoops :) I also don't have time to look through almost 2000 that ONLY change the color scheme.

What did you get with your purchase?
An index.html and a default.css file?
Was it sold as a XOOPS theme?

You could try to copy eg the theme default in /themes/ to eg mercom
Then merge the content of /themes/mercom/style.css with your style file and check the result after selecting this theme in the general preferences.

PSD, HTML files, images, and css file. It was not a xoops theme. It is just a standard template. I want it ported to xoops for my use.

While it looks like a complete XOOPS site it is not. XOOPS is modular and all things are gathered togheter. Probably your monolithic files have to be broken up to the various composing blocks.
Study the defauklt and zetagenesis themes.
