profile/search.php problem after upgrading from 2.2 to 2.3.3

hi,

the profile module search doesn't work after i upgraded my website to 2.3.3. it won't show the search results. here is the debug:

just did it. it only says
./modules/profile/register.php content invalid
./modules/profile/userinfo.php content invalid

but those were modified by myself (just added some little snippets of code).

i have noticed that it does search the by uname and this is it. if i make any custom fields searchable and do a search it only shows that 1 user is found (tho there supposed to be dozens of users) and none is displayed in the table.

i have done one more search with the debug on. I have made only two custom lines searchable. here is the printscreen

i see the red lines regarding the custom lines i made searchable but i don' get what's wrong with them. i can see them in the user profiles and all...

Error Number: 1064 brings up the following in search.

Please copy the text of your error messages in your post. This will make it searchable for other users, which is not the case with images.

it only brought me a bunch of questions with no particular answer (except one but i don't see how it can help me).

i'll surely do it once it will be solved. as for now it's just another unsolved issue in addition to teh ones specified by sailjapan.

maybe some other ideas? i can give you full access to mySQL and ftp and the website administration via radmin if it'll be required. that's really important.

From your query, it seems that there were no selections for the target or source language inputs.
Either these fields should be obliged to fill in or the search should check for empty fields and leave out the selection criteria for them in that case.
