Cannot Add New Items. How to Debug? Oledrion

For some unknown reason my Oledrion shopping cart (1.64) simply cannot add new items. When I tried to add new, and click "add", the meu goes blank and stopped there without any error message.
Could anyone tell me how to debug? Where is wrong. Thanks.

Update to Oledrion 2.1 and see if it helps.

I have tried the new version 2.1 It is the same. I ticked automatic creat product image thumb and automatic resize the picture. The program simply cannot handle it.
If I do not put products pictures, the program is o.k.
